Website Update/Redesign with Added Functionality(repost)

I need someone to help redesign/update www.clothespicker.com. I have written out specific details in the attached document, but here is a quick overview: I would like the website [login to view URL] redesigned, and a good amount of functionality added. The main functionality I need added is a better system for users to add/view/modify/select their clothes, and for showing the outfit that the system has selected. I think of this as a virtual closet, so the more you could make the system resemble a virtual closet the better. There would be a fair amount of graphic creation for the system, including large icons of generic clothing that I want created so that a user can click on the icons to drill down to the specific piece of clothing that they are trying to add. I'd also like the system to color that piece of clothing in for them when they select a color for it, and to add the logo of the manufacturer when a manufacturer is selected. The system would also need to be able to redraw each item when the system chooses the user's outfit each day, or wants to view what's in their closet. I would also need the user login/logout and weather checking system to be improved, and a system that emails the user when an account is created to make them verify their email address before activating their account added. I'd also like the system for selecting clothes for the user modified slightly. You will have to change a little bit (or all if you choose) of the database for this project, which is in sql using asp.net currently. The website and clothing system can be created in the language of your choice, I just ask that the entire website not be made with flash (although the add/view/modify/selecting of clothes system can be). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform In all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Firefox
