Hello Lawrence, We have reviewed the updated requirement of including all 4 quoting types and the referred website as well. We have found the following for each of the 4 costing methods: - Sale Quote - Data to include 4 fields - Purchase Quote - Data to include 13 fields - Sale & Purchase Quote - Data to include 17 fields (13+4) - Mortgage Quote - Data to include 11 fields We will create an extremely easy to use admin panel from where the admin can manage rate structure for different slabs for each of the above options: -Admin can create the costing items as above -Admin will create different slabs and their charges (For eg. For purchase, if price is 100 to 100000, then the fee is 200, if the price is from 100001 to 200000, then the fee is 300 etc. We will also provide option to set the charges either as fixed cost or as a percentage value. Having above facility admin can change the slabs as well as the fees at any time. The bid that is placed is for the front end form and the admin panel as above. We will create the above in PHP with MySQL as the database. We do have the required resources to start immediately on the project. I hope that the same is as per your expectations.
