Data entry form

No database needed. Form is already build. Only adding text boxes buttons to form. Form has vertical tab menu needs to be changed to horizontal. Form have 4 tabs. Tab 1 - DC info, Tab 2 – Users, Tab 3 - Product, Tab 4 - DA set up (DA – Distribution area). Tab 1 - DC info Fields - Company name, phone number, street, suburb, state, post code, country (combo). All fields are mandatory. On bottom of this form will be buttons “Save & exit” after click form will close and data saved in database. If some mandatory fields are empty error message will appear with text “All mandatory fields are required. “Save” after click data saved in database and form remain open. If some data missing error message will appear “All mandatory fields are required” “Save & Next” Form will save and take me to next form what is User. If some data missing error message will appear “All mandatory fields are required” Tab 2 – Users Fields – User Name, Password, Confirm password, email. All fields are mandatory. On the bottom of this form same buttons as Tab1 with same rules. Tab 3 – Products Text field with Browse button to look for file (pdf. doc. xls ) and Upload “Button” On bottom of the form same buttons as previous forms. Tab 4 Distribution Area – done including database (screenshot 3). Selected postcodes save to database. On bottom of the form buttons "Save", "Save & Exit"
