**An auction community This site will give visitors the opportunity to have their own place at the site and auction out some products. Features description **A page that offers the visitor to place bids on certain products. **Front page **Left hand side: - A list of product categories - A list of all recent bids below the middle picture - Members login **Center of the page **- A logo and picture at the top - Random pictures of sellers products in the middle with description for them - Below that should be a "news" box with the recent forum discussion subjects. - Then the usual terms and conditions, copyright etc **Newsletter function **The newsletters content will be designed/coded by you! **Sellers **When they sign up, an email confirmation should be sent off with welcome msg etc. We should be notified about new users signing up as well. Their profile should be secure, so it is only them that can log on to their profile and edit it, so protected with password. Sellers should be able to add: - information about themselves - Downloadable CV - picture of themselves - several products The sellers products should be put up for auctioning. This functioning should be integrated with Paypal, so an email will be sent to both the buyer and the seller. **Buyer requests/forum **- A complete forum with all it's functions **What is needed?** Php programming Database programming Html programming Paypal integration When agreed on the details above, we will send you some pictures of the website so you get a clearer picture! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Before we do business we have to agree how the final product will look like.
