Automated Website -ecommerce

Hi all, I am looking for a web developer who can design website for me in asp or php or cgi with mssql as back end. 1) We are dealing with calling card business so we are looking for somone who can intergate our database so that we can do most of our work automated. a) Clients can register themself b) buy the credits or callings of different values using their credit cards c) they should be able to signup for news letters d) we should have an admin part from where we should be able to control these things e) Should be able to send advertisment on website as well as to all the clients f)there should be a forum g) should be able to sell other products online too.
