Project should be a complete clone of you tube. Unix platform, must auto convert video to flash. must include back end controls/mgmt system. Scale will be much smaller in size -- probably a couple thousand videos at most. Video's will mostly be posted from back end tools. mysql, java, and php are perfered. Will provide you link and access to server location. See mockup of exact look and feel. Payment -- 25% deposit, 50% on delivery, 25% after verification/bug fixes (14-21 days after delivery) - however this can be negotiated. perfer a paypal or credit card arrangement. needs: Voting/ranking system Moderated submissions channel guides keyword tagging whats new whats hot/most popular suggested next video user registration system backend management tools for non web coders admin staff etc
