java coder required- minor modifications to fckeditor based gui html editor

I want the following modifications made to CKEditor, which is based on fckeditor- this is a GUI HTML web page editing tool. Kindly make the following changes to CKEditor-- (1) A button is shown in the editor- if a user clicks on this button and drags the mouse across the web page (that is being shown in the editor) then a new section is created in the web page at that region. The new region should immediately be shown also. (2) When the user clicks on one button (called "Show Sections") then when the user hovers over any section of the web page, the boundaries for that section of the web page are shown, and user can now drag mouse to resize that section. (3) Similar to above 2 points, a box can be created/resized -- there can be multiple boxes within one section. Basically one box denotes one section of text. (4) Initially a web page is shown in the basic screen of CKEditor. What I want you to do is, if a user hovers over any section of text (or an image or title etc) then below the basic version, the advanced version of CKEditor is shown with only the code /content for that section (which was selected by the user). (5) "Details" button- when a user clicks on any section of the web page after clicking on this button, then the HTML attributes for that element (The element can be a block of text, or an image, or a link or a form element or any other HTML web page element) are shown at the side, and the user can change any one of those attributes- this will immediately change that image/text/link/other element. (6) Simple GUI Form designer to create and show a web form on screen. Your solution should be a JSP file integrating CKEditor with your changes. You should clearly demarcate the diferent sections, so that I can apply any design to your code through the JSP. If you want you can create a combination of servlets + JSP where the final editor is shown in JSP(for purpose of having custom design) Do feel free to ask me if you have any questions/doubts about this work.
