Java: Install and test web crawler wrappers

Dear Providers, The requirement is to intstall a Java based wrapper generation script which extracts data from web pages. The installation needs to either be made onto a Windows XP machine or alternatively onto a Linux machine. The scripts is to be tested to see how and if it performs on certain selected web sites. Depending on the results of the testing, modifications to the script will or won't be needed. In all cases the script also needs to be made to store the extracted web page data into a mySQL database. Signage of a non-disclosure agreement by the coder is mandatory before we can commence the project. IMPORTANT: I am looking for someone who is VERY good at this sort of projects as well as programming. I want to keep coming back to the person who does a good job on this project for all my future projects which are significant in volume. Someone who does this full-time and is not a beginner (hobby) programmer. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
