Adding audio bar to Wordpress

1) We have a wordpress website. I am looking to have audio on it. The idea is to have the music playing even when we refresh a page, so the music does not not stop and keeps going. Listen, there is a plugin named AUDIO BAR, that works this way very good. But the only problem is with iPad and iPhone. After installing this plugin you can not scroll the page down! I think the plugin should be modified or you guys can find a way for having the music playing that way? 2) On that theme, there is a gallery that photos get opened using Lightbox. I need too add Facebook Share button on each photo. So people can share it in facebook. ONLY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. I have a tight budget. Give me you lowest ever rate. Thanks,
