Fix bugs for TREE CATEGORIZATION on our website

When there are subcategories, there should be an arrow, if not then not. 2. dragging of categories between categories is messy 3. Add link doesn't work 4. Add category doesn't work 5. dragging a link between categories 6. Icons view and categorization should be per tab - means when you set Icons view on that tab, it should stay ONLY on that tab. 7. When pressing on the eye, it should show the correct categorization (it's already showing correct View mode) 8. Categories: None - currently there's a possibility to present the tasks per category and or the categories will appear as a tree on the left. We need a new option, that there will be NO categories at all. Just links. 9. When pressing on the title of the link the SAVE and CANCEL button are messed up 10. Currently when pressing on the title, it's editing it, ONLY IN TREE CATEORIZATION it shouldn't, instead should be another button next to the X to edit the category. We are working with CodeIgniter and SVN. Bidders providing PHP code samples and Skype will get priority.
