Need a Mobile Messenger Service

Hi Guys We are looking for a mobile messenger script. Here are the functions we require: * Users must be able to sign up and create their own accounts. * Users must be able to search and find other users in some contact manager. * Users must be able to chat in one central location with one another. * Users must be able to create their own chat rooms - temporary or permanent. * Users must be able to send one another instant messages. * Instant messages must fall in 'inboxes' where offline users can retreive it later. * Users must be able to send one another invites to chat. * Users must be able to block unwanted profiles. In short, I need a comprehensive online social community for mobile users. I will appreciate any bids on this project.
