We're looking in building a user friendly accommodation rental website that allows users to book accommodation and other ground arrangements online. it should additionaly have: * A fresh & functional web design. * A comprehensive search facility * An intelligent back office system that can manage (pricing, allocations etc.) and track live bookings made. * A user friendly, easy to use interface. * Log-in module for suppliers / partners to manage products. * Log-in for customers enabling them to manage their bookings. * Shopping cart * Enable users to leave a feedback, as per [login to view URL] * Synch mailing list to our supplier and customers which is benchmark email. * excellent payment gateway to pay receive payments from customers. * Currency exchange converter. * Other small bits & pieces may be discussed.
