Php js CMS wizard & CSS stylish designer needed

Hello, I have a PHP-mysql based CMS that will require customisation, including web2 features like googlemaps, and more. In addition to the main template, 4 other variations will be needed, as well as variations in css styling. I am a small startup website production studio based in Southern France. I am going to physically prospect targeted clients and sell them those templates. We will specialise in multilingual, industry specific applications. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
