Sugar CRM Community Edition Enhancements & Customization

We are new to Sugar CRM CE (installed it mid-September for first time) and need some help with functionality and "user friendliness" that doesn't appear included in Community Edition. For starters we need the following: 1. Team Management: I need to be able to control access to records by Users. In addition to assigning Roles, we need to assign and restrict access to Leads, Accounts, Targets, Contacts, Opportunities, etc. to specific Users. The effect is this: We need to create a hierarchy of teams with team leaders. For instance, a User reports to a Supervisor. The User can view, edit, delete, update, create, etc. only those records to which he is granted access. Users have access to analytics & metrics for all records & data assigned to them. Each User is assigned to a Supervisor, who has the same access rights to all his Users. Supervisors are assigned to Managers with the same capabilities and so-on. The CRM must provide us with a hierarchy of control and security related to all records and users. 2. Graphical Reporting of Analytics & Metrics: I specifically want a graphical sales funnel chart to help track the sales pipeline & cycle of Targets, Leads, prospects, etc. through the entire sales pipeline process. Here is an example: [login to view URL] . I'm also interested in any other business intelligence-analytics-metrics reports and capabilities you may be aware of. Any charts, graphs, etc. must be printable (mostly we'll print to PDF, but printing to a printer is also required). 3. Filters and Groups: We need to be able to create customized lists from the database by creating our own custom filters, so the User only has to look at the records that have been filtered. I'm quite familiar with Goldmine CRM and want a capability similar to their filtering scripts in which I can drill down to specific information on Clients, Leads, Contacts, etc. and build custom lists which can then be used for email campaigns or assigned to special sales reps or teams for follow-up work. Typical example: User/Team Leader creates a filter to view only those Accounts that have not upgraded their purchase to a higher level product; or create a filter to view a list of only those Leads who are at a certain stage in the Sales Funnel. (And then create a Target List from these for email or for telephone follow-up.) 4. Branding: We have our logo displayed through the standard method and it shows up just fine in the upper left hand corner of each screen. But we would also like to remove references to Sugar CRM if possible. Our intent is to customize the application over time to specifically fit our business and our Clients. We work with many independently contracted sales people and would like to allow some or all of them to private-brand their Teams, allowing each Team Leader (or even drill down to an individual user...i.e. like a "Team of one") to brand the elements to which they have access (the pages & records) with their own name/logo/photo/graphic. In such case, there would not be any other reference to branding on the pages they see. Our instance of Sugar CRM is currently running on a leased server in a data center running CentOS.
