324023 Web Design + Search Engine

Website + Logo Design & Search Engine Script Required! We are building a UK website called Flats2Rent. This website will basically be a search engine. We need a Web Designer/Developer and/or Programmer to design this website and a script to power this search engine. The search engine must be able to pull in search results for people who are looking for flats to rent in all UK cities. So when a person enters “studio flat London” or “1 bed flat Birmingham” or 2 bed flat Liverpool the search engine should search Google or the Internet and accurately find and display all relevant flats to rent (including any images) for that specific search query. We will also need a logo designed for the Search Engine but the interface must basically be white with shades of blue (Similar colour scheme to MySpace or Facebook) with a very clean look to it. Below the search box we will add a form to collect details of people who are looking for UK apartments to let. This is a very, very simple website to design (As you will see from our mock-up at link below) and it is NOT a difficult script to develop. We know that there are already dozens of free or cheap search engine scripts that can do similar to what we want. However, we want our own powerful custom made search engine script with logo and simple website designed. Check the link below to see a very rough simple mock-up of how we want interface to look but it must be in blue and white (Similar colour scheme to MySpace or Facebook). We are NOT web designers and we just used a WYSIWYG web page creator to quickly publish this page. Obviously we want a MUCH BETTER design! Preference & Priority will be given to Freelancers that show us an example of a Search Engine script that they have developed. Any Freelancer who just posts a generic bid or who simply copies, paste and leaves their generic résumé will be IGNORED! We are willing to pay $50 to $500 for this project. Money will be deposited in escrow but will only be released when website and script has been installed on our servers and we are happy with everything.
