Hi. I'm in Colombia South America , and i'm starting a project with my father who is a Pediatritian. I'm a medium user of ASTERISK I already setup the server and regarding ELASTIX I realy uderstand how it works. My server versions are: Linux(x86_64) 2.6.18 , elastix 2.3.0 , freePBX 2.8.1 , asterisk 1.8.12.0. The project is about calling card, I sell Calling Cards that I need to generate maybe by A2Billing, and then the user with this cars (there are several amouts of the card) has a limit of call with the card to speak to the pediatrician, when the number of calls reaches the limit then the card stop working. If the card has "credit" then the call is transfered to a pediatritian who was a schedule ex. Amy monday to fryday 6am to 6pm, Peter monday 6pm to 6am, Alex saturday and sunday 24 hours. this schedule need to administrative and also joined to the pediatritian extention or cell phone. The pediatritiand are logging to the Asterisk using a softphone for cels (iphone and android). If the pediatritian is in a call or does not aswer the call is trasfered to another pediatritian available in this schedule, if ther ate no other available the call goes to the voice mail.
