Simple sale pitch webpages.

Hi This shoudl be a very simple project. I have a project that I want to invite people to join and to do this, I need a 3 section sales pitch site. All the text I have written all I need is some one to put together the pages and the emails from the forms. This are the parts that the sections the site requires. **1. The sales pitch.** This would a mini website I have already really designed it just need putting together. These are the slightly complicated bits. *A page at the begining to pervent robots spidering the site, a image of some text which needs to be typed into the text box and push submit to get into the main site. *A form that people will fill in with their email, name and URL of their site. This form would email me with a specific email designed with those fields included in the text. **2. Inclusion form.** A one page form which people would be asked to fill in which again would be emailed to me. **3. download sites.** This would need to be three indentically designed pages which would have three files for them to download. This is all stuff I have done before on other project, I have the server all ready to be set up. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php, html, Linux server
