PHP's pgsql client module only supports recieving one NOTICE per query. We need the ability to receive multiple NOTICEs on a single query. The function pg_last_notice() only provides the last notice sent. We'd like a similar function that returns an array of all of the NOTICEs recieved from the backend during the last query. This would be a patch against PHP-5.0.5. Exact details to be worked out on acceptance of bid.
