Video Protection For .WMV Videos Through PHPNUKE to Prevent Leeching Using LINK ID

Well I have a Mixed Martials Arts site that provides Streaming Video Techniques. I already have a custom module that Premium Subscripition Access to members and allows them to download the premium videos. Now what i need is some type of Video Protection where the module would then generate a ID. Then rather than just sending a "Location:" header that redirects to the download file, the script actually sends the file as if they had downloaded it. The download will only download completely one time, and while the file is downloading no one else will be able to download it from that download ID. Once the download finishes, the ID is deleted from the database. Let me know what you think of these methods of anti-leeching. The files can be anywhere, it will be configurable to add and remove directories. They'll see the link, but they will see the anti-leech link, which will only work once, and I can also tie in a HTTP Authentication system for the anti-leech system, which will require the user authenticate with his PHPNuke username and password. So anyone with a solution please let me know what you think is the best way to accomplish this and we can go from there..
