I would like to enhance this site shown in [login to view URL] in the zip. The winner of this bid request will receive the current website code to work with. The web pages are made on JSP pages. I will need to put a flash file into the homepage template. The flash file has already been created and just needs to be put in. The graphics work that needs to be done is a redesign of the top page banner. The wording and coloring of the logo needs to remain the same but I need a new statue of liberty to take its place. The status should be looking staight at the site visitor. An example of such is show in [login to view URL] in the zip. If necessary the page banner could increase height. I would be happy to take any suggestions and would appreciate multiple moch ups to choose from. Best Regards! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
