PHP + MySQL developer needed to create script for generating licenses

We are almost finished with developing new application and now we need to create process of delivering licenses to user. We will sell this application as monthly subscription with two payment options: 1) to buy single license 2) to buy 5 licenses (or one license which can use 5 different users) We need someone who will create script/database on server side which will generate and store licenses. We also need to figure out how this license will be delivered to user after he pay for our product: 1) Deliver immediately after he pay (on "Thank you" page) 2) Send on email We need someone who already have experience with creating similar scripts for licenses! We are looking for PHP + MySQL developer who is available to start work immediately.
