Spoof Peers/Seeds

I need of a script / software / method / someone that can help me fake/spoof the number of seeders, leechers that show on a public torrent tracker or we could even make a tracker that could work for this purpose. I am looking for help from knowledgeable people here who can teach me how to do this. Please only bid if you think you know how and have experience of some sort doing this or something similar. Thespecifics are: - I do not own any trackers and I need to trick popular public trackers into counting many seeds and peers - I'm looking for a considerably high number of seeds/peers - preferably xxxx-xxxxx - The spoofing should last for atleast 24-48 hrs. - I have all the necesary resources for this project.
