Website Design and Content

I am looking for a website which is a hybrid of the following: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I have the logo, and web template I wish to use, so its just help with the technical aspects of putting the design and content together. So what i require is: A password protected members area (so members can register and look at content with their unique password) Ability to post videos on the site in an easy format. So I would like to have the most recent video on the homepage when i upload it, so the administration of this must be easy. Videos will be uploaded to Youtube also, and I want them updated on mysite, if possible. A news feed on the homepage (like [login to view URL]) Date on home page To have a chat room available to members, but I think I might use a link for this, as i have a stand-alone chat room in mind.
