PHP, Perl, awk, bash, sed WebApplication

I need a simple web based application which involves the use of these 5 programing languages: PHP, Perl, awk, bash, sed ( I know sed is nota programing language, but must be included in the project :)) ) The application could be anything you want, a message board, a bug tracker system, an e-commerce site, anything, but It should be simple, and clean. No RMDBS, JavaScript nor special HTML/Web Desing is needed, this application is a school project whose aim is to show the use of these languages in the real world. The web part will be in PHP. Perl, awk, and bash could be used to retrive data, send mail, or other things, I can't figure where does sed fit in this, you tell me. I cannot use a RDBMS, so data must be stored in plain text files. I was thinking in a message board like the one that is used in JavaRanch ( [login to view URL] ), but as I said this will be a simple yet usable web application. I'll read your proposals which should include the next: -Name, objectives and mission of the webapp. -Percentage and scope of each of the five programing languages ( PHP x% - to make the Web front end. Perl y% - to do whatever awk z% - to do something else, bash a% - to . . . . . sed b% - to ... mmhhh , uhh, ??? ). -Advantages/disadvantages of the webapp -Time required to finish the job. Remember this is a school project so keep it simple If Im asking too much ? let me know ok. I could do this for my self but I don't have time bacause of my brand new, just acquired job. Is not very hard any way is it ?
