Seeking experienced coder to provide support and back up

I have a number of applications that are either live or in the process of being launched. I am looking for a reliable and experience coder, that can provide code and web support for my applications. All applications are written in PHP or PERL with MySQL database. They are all web based on Apache servers. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY COMPETENT IN PERL AND MYSQL AND APACHE. I am looking for someone on a full time basis for a considerable period of time, and would be happy to consider any kind of payment system that the coder would be comfortable with. Please only apply for this if you can prove to me that you have at least eight years direct and relevant coding experience in the stated disciplines. I will need excellent references, and you will have to convince me that you are the type of person who is happy to stay committed to one company for an extended period of time. The perfect candidate will have a track record of consistently adding value to projects and be able to communicate fluently in English via the written word (speaking is not so important). To save us both time, I will not respond to anyone who does not take the time to show that they have read and understood this Bid Request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
