Simple Parser

I need someone to help me get a parser started. I have a text file that has multiple similar lines/paragraphs in it. I need certain common information parsed out and put in comma delimited format into another file with headings. An example of the file: [Http://[login to view URL]][1] A Small Sample of what I am talking about: --------------------- ***NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, BARTOW COUNTY THIS LAW FIRM****** ***---------------------- I would want to collect every thing between "POWER" and ",": In this Case, " ***GEORGIA******"*** under a heading of "State" in the comma del file. Another Sample: ---------------------- ***Security Deed given by Norman G. Hess, III to Sunshine Mortgage*** *** *----------------------* ***I would want to collect everything between "given by" and "to" In this case, ***"Norman G. Hess, III"*** under a heading of Name. Both would look like this in Comma Separated file: **"State","Name",** "Georgia","Norman G. Hess, III" I would like it written in something that I can modify with a text editor. Perl, Javascript, ect. Please let me know what you will write it in with your bid. I do have VC6++ but would prefer something that would work on linux. >>Parser [login to view URL] > ParsedAds Again, I just need a few things parsed out and I can modify to get the remaining fields I need out. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
