Simple Improvement to an existing gif used as a header on a homepage.

The graphic is attached. I am not satisfied with the fonts and the position of the fonts as they are currently imposed over the photo of the bridge. All I need is someone to make editing adjustments to what I already have that will result in a final header that will communicate a more balanced, appealing and add a more newspaper feel to the header. No changes to anything else other than the gif header. I do have changed the wording a little.
