Create Functional, Innovative Audio and Video Pages

There is a main website that features 12 audio files, and a separate website that features the 12 videos. They are for the same owner. Ideally I would like to only use the main website but the space may not be enough for the 12 audio and 12 video files that visitors will download. Therefore, you would work on a page for the audios in the main site and a page for the videos in the media site. I am looking for an updated look that is attractive and appealing. I want a CMS to manage future updates for both audios & videos. Please see the attached for full description. Your suggestions are welcomed. I want all of what is written in the attached to be accomplished, however, if some of it prove to be difficult or time consuming then I am willing to disregard it. Just let me know.
