Editing and Updating Current Website Looking For Long Term Relationship

I am looking for a web designer for several website projects that we will be working on in the next few months, I am hoping to find one designer who offers high quality service as well as competitive pricing that I can develop a long term relationship with as there will be dozens of sites built over the next year. My current project that needs to be completed ASAP would include editing a site that is currently up and hosted. ? The current site is [login to view URL] ? Editing would include updating the wording on the website on the pages that are currently listed, approximately 5 - 6 of them. ? Updating the home page so that it is a model of [login to view URL], adding in a picture tool bar like on the Elegant Affairs site, creating a capture page that is the home page. ? The capture page would be the same color of the site, a large IE and Inspiration Enterprises at the top, a video slide show with music, and a capture where visitors to the site had to enter their name and email addresses to continue on and view the site. ? A software program that would capture the information of everyone who visits the site would also be needed so that we had a file of everyone who went into the website and were able to convert that into a database of prospects. ? ? Additional pages would need to be added including several pages on speakers that we will be working with, several pages on services offered, a page and way for potential clients to order these products and services and pay for them via a virtue mart / paypal / or similar program, as well as a few pages for photo albums of our various events. ? Addtiional modifications include adding pictures and links to the site as well. ? Also adding in an events calendar as well as an application that potential clients would be filling out to apply to be a part of our company. ? All in all an expected 20 plus pages to be added to the site. ? I am looking for someone who I can work with long term as our events change weekly and we would like to have someone that we can use to continuously add new photos, new videos, new advertisements, new speakers, etc.
