Simplify the ability to create new HTML newsletter

Changes needed for website: ? 1.? The site URL will be changing to [[login to view URL]][1] and will be hosted on our own server to allow for use of MySQL and to give us more control. 2.? The name of the “newsletter?? will be changing to “The Journal of Ancient Numismatics?? and the Imperial Coins logo need to be changed to the new name. 3.? We need to simplify the ability of creating new issues. ? What I would like is an interface that allows me to insert images using “drag and drop?? which will allow me to place the image to the left, center or right, indicate whether I want the text to wrap, be left justified, right justified, etc. and to be able to copy and past the text. ? I want a very basic editor built into the back end. ? I also want a place where I can enter the various metatags (Title, description, keywords, etc.). ? There should be a place where I enter the volume name (the “next?? volume is “volume3?? so it will created a directory “volume3?? and will save the completed file into the directory based on the filename I enter (i.e.: [login to view URL]) 4.? Need a place where I can create the main page for the volume. ? We already have "template" HTML pages and are quite happy with the look, feel and layout of the site. I am looking for a backend webpage that will allow me to create different HTML pages for the newsletter by pasting text and dragging images where I want them on the page and putting captions beneath the images. I do not want to use an HTML editor, but want to be able to create the newsletters very quickly. (Also create the "homepage" for each newsletter easily) Look at the last issue of the newsletter. I want to be able to create this every two months without having to spend hours using Dreamweaver: [login to view URL] This will require a WYSIWYG editor. If you take a look at the [login to view URL] service (sign up for a free trial account) and look at their editor this is what I want. We use Constant Contact to announce when a new issue is ready and have found other "editors" as good, but this is something I can think of quickly as an example. You load the image, and then indicate where you want it placed on the page (left, center, right).
