MP3 music script product

I want a installable product to be developed which will be like a ready to install script website. The product is aimed at those who want to own an online music mp3 playing site & generate ad revenues from it. The product runs with an installer & when installed does the following: 1) Will be a mp3 audio music website where people can listen to songs but cant download them (for eg [login to view URL]). They can add songs to favorites, playlist etc. 2) Songs will be both English & Hindi (Bollywood music) & categorised. 3) Audio Player should just play songs & not allow any downloads. 4) How it functions: Based on search term, it conencts with other predefined websites & grabs mp3 audio songs , both english & hindi (bollywood) & lists them. As of now we have no list of websites from where mp3 songs can be grabbed. The freelancer should research on it & let know possibilities. The search criteria will be song name, artist name, actor, album name, movie name 5) Per page there will be 50 songs listed & remaining paginated till 1000 songs. 6) Search terms used once, the results shall be stored in local DB & next time same search happens , it should pick from DB & show results. 7) 3 templates will be given as part of the product which can be chosen by the client who buys the script. 8) Payment as of now has to be paypal. So integrating paypal on script selling site is necessary. 9) The site will have advt slots on it for revenue generation. the spots of the advts will be decided once site templates is finalised. 10) A full working demo site will be created & link shown inside the main site for clients to view how it functions. 11) The website should be compatible once installed on windows & mobile platforms (IOS & Android). 11) Social Networking features will be there so that vistors on site can share a song as link on there FB, twitter etc etc & also comment on the songs they listening. 10) When some one buys product online, welcome email shld be sent to him along with product download & setup instructions. 11) The entire product should be handed over with SDLC & source code by the FL to us. 12) Also, FL has to provide instructions on how the product install will work. And has to provide technical support for 6 months after the project is over on any coding issues during installs. Interested FL pls send a detailed proposal on how you will go about doing this product & references of previous similar products. The connecting & grabbing of mp3 from various site is vital part & has to be done in proper legal manner. Ofcourse being an installable product, the main website will take of it as a product & once it is purchased by the client & he installs it, it will give him 3 template options to choose from.
