E-commerce with CMS

I need an e-commerce site with admin panel to add or modify content and products. There will be identical English and Traditional Chinese versions on the same domain. This will be a fairly low cost project, so open source code or template can be used and modified. Before the project is awarded, please give me suggestions on the best open source solution you would use—Drupal, Prestashop, Magento, Zencart, CMS Made Simple, etc. It must accommodate the requirements below. The store will showcase different categories of products users can browse. It will allow users to register, sign in, browse image gallery, upload photos, and customize items (i.e. photo size, paper type, digital download or package delivery). English and Chinese content will be provided, and I can provide you with sketches or digital images for the layout. I will also send select bidders a sitemap image to visualize website flow and make the job easier. —— Bidding Requirements —— 1. Three rounds of revisions after first draft 2. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed before starting work 3. Draft 1 must be submitted 10 days after signing NDA 4. Final deadline for project is March 4, 2011 5.
