Create a Speakergram.com ''clone'' site

I would like a website created that is a "clone" of the site http://speakergram.com. I had another programmer work on the clone site before and will give you his code as a place to start the work. You can see the work that already has been done by visiting http://test.supplythepulpit.com. If you are able to deliver, there will be more work in the future as the site is maintained and updated.
