Php expert needed - 2

My website is already done. I need some fix on its main feature. Please, visit: [login to view URL] As you can see, there's a map where people submit cats. When a submission is done, the cat will be shown on the map through a icon, with a on-mouse over feature which displays some info. I need three fix, two of them should be very very simple. 1) the popup actually shows some personal datas (email and phone number). I want them to be hidden until the submitter confirms his email. So, this part of work should be to create an automatic email sender to the email address submitted and, if the submitter confirm the submission, show the personal data (email and phone). Otherwise, hide them. 2) people can submit: male cats, female cats, shops and shelters. I want a simple counter to tell how many male cats, female cats, shops and shelters are in the database. The following step, I think, should be the more complex one. Hoping not so complex. I like to have a search feature developed. It should open with a button on the left of "make a submission", with a similar table and allow people to select some fields to perform a search. Fields are: - cat type (male, female, shops, shelters) - cat breed - pedigree - cat for sale - cat for adoption When selected, the map must show only the icons of the cats/shops/shelters which meet the searched criteria. My badget is very low because this site isn'g going very well and I don't want to waste money over it. If it's possible, I will be happy, if not, I will try something else...
