If I understand your post correctly, the database needs to be created in MS Access based on the fields that will be provided in two spreadsheets. Then that data needs to be loaded into the database, and working forms need to be created that will allow you to query data and generate reports from the queries. This project sounds like exactly why I started Freelancer.com, to gain real world experience in the training I've already had. I achieved a 3.9 gpa in my database administration and development certificate. One of the elective classes I took to round out my database training was specifically Microsoft Access. As you can imagine, a certificate in DBA is heavily focused on SQL, so I will be able to generate query statements and forms you need as well. Depending on how in depth you want the forms and queries, I must warn that it may take longer than the days in my bid. But I can definitely provide you with the basics in the time I bid. Well practiced with inventory databases both as a developer and in my role as a management accountant. You'd just need to send the csv files for inventory and sales and I'll create the database from them I will have some questions for you as to what you want out of the database , apart from what you've listed in your brief, and how you intend to update the information going forward i.e. csv imports or data entry forms built into the database.
