Simple Wordpress Plugin Customization

Project Description: If you know what you're doing, this should be quick and easy. I'm using two Wordpress plugins that I need you to integrate: WP-Types to allow users to create custom post types with custom fields, and MailPoet (formerly WYSIJA) to send emails when new posts are published. Mail Poet is already set up to recognize the custom posts, but not their custom fields. I need you to alter Mail Poet so that it includes the custom fields in the email that is sent out. MailPoet's /wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/helpers/[login to view URL] has a function that gets the post_title value from the wp_posts table (see function below). The custom field values are stored in a different table: wp_postmeta. Instead of the post_title value, I need mailpoet to get the following custom field values from the wp_postmeta table: property-status, property-type, price, city, squarefeet, bedrooms, bathrooms. Deliverables: Display the above-specified custom fields in MailPoet email newsletters as "Automatic Latest Content" of the Properties post type. Payment Terms: Full project payment will be held in escrow and released when I'm satisfied with the solution and it's delivered to my server. Work for Hire: This project and its deliverables are Work for Hire. The Developer acknowledges and agrees that any and all proprietary materials prepared by the Developer under this Agreement shall be considered “works for hire” and the exclusive property of the Employer for this project unless otherwise specified. These items shall include, but shall not be limited to, any and all deliverables resulting from the Developer’s Services or contemplated by this Agreement, custom plugins, plugin customizations, features and functionality, works in progress, records, diagrams, notes, drawings, specifications, schematics, documents, designs, improvements, inventions, discoveries, developments, trademarks, trade secrets, customer lists, databases, software, programs, middleware, applications, and solutions conceived, made, or discovered by the Developer, solely or in collaboration with others, during the term of this project relating in any manner to the Developer’s Services. The Employer for this project will retain control over duplication and distribution of all works developed by the Developer. The Employer for this project grants the Developer permission to duplicate the existing website to the Developer’s local environment for the sole purpose of completing the project’s deliverables, but does not grant permission to open source, sell or otherwise distribute the current website, its parts or any works created by the Developer related to this project.
