Video Judging software for Dance competition needed

we are looking for someone to create a video judging software similar to [login to view URL] and www.danceera.com. It requires a list of routines to be uploaded into the software and then then the video camera will record the dance routine and the software will capture the music from the mixer and also the audio from the 3 judges voices. It needs to be able to create 4 videos. One with just the music and one of the video with each of the judges voices over top of the music which is lower. Please look at the two websites above and let me know if this is possible and what hardware you would use to do it. We are suggesting dazzle hardware maybe. Please let me know.
