Word press paypal IPN integration

Hi, here's a list of requirements 1. When a user registers to my wordpress website they should have a "my account" page. 2. When they visit "my account", they should see the number of 'text messages' they have left. 3. If the number is greater than 0, they should have a link that says "send text now" . When they click on it, they'll be presented with a form with an 'email', 'cell phone', and message field. If the number is 0, the link should say "You don't have any texts remaining click below to purchase more." 4. When they submit the form, 1 should be subtracted from the total number they have left. 5. On this same page will be a paypal button where they can purchase more texts. 1 text: $2.00 5: $9.00, Save $1.00 10: $17.60, Save $2.40 20: $34.40, Save $5.60 30: $50.40, Save $9.60 40: $65.60, Save $14.40 50: $80.00, Save $20.00 60 texts for $93.60..Save $26.40 6. When they complete the payment, the number of texts is added to their account. Please Note, You will use your own paypal account for testing. Once testing is complete, then you will give me instructions for recreating with my own paypal account.
