Attendence and invoice plugin: this plugin is meant for a music school. New pupils have to be put in the database with all their relevant information like, address, age, kind of course…etc The pupil must be assigned to a teacher. The teacher also have to be put in the database. The teacher must have the ability to check or uncheck every lesson if the pupil attended the lesson. So there must be a schedule to put all the lessons in also concerning the holidays. Pupils (or their parents) need a login so they can keep track of their followed and yet to follow lessons. The teacher must be able to write the progress of the pupil in the system so the pupils or their parents can see this too. The pupils pay for 10, 20, 30 or 40 lessons at once. Two weeks before a deadline ends. Say week 8. The system must send them a reminder if the want to continue the lessons or if the want to quit. If they don't reply or the say they want to continue, the system must send them an automated (.pdf) invoice by email. The system needs to keep a total financial administration of all the invoices. The plugin must be able to send bulk mail to, for example all the pupils of one teacher, or all peoples attending on one specific day, or a specific course. This is needed for messages like: there's no lesson today because the teacher is sick. Or. Lessons on the new season starting on this date. or…….etc Very roughly this is what I'm looking for.
