Write some Software

I need a program that will send an uppercase serial command to a machine and then wait for a response and act accordingly. All sent and received text should be displayed so that I can see last 25 lines of communication (or more). The program should run on Windows XP, Vista and 7. Serial communication parameters are: 9600/8/N/1/CRLF with no flow control to COM1 Send command $PTFZU0 (printed to screen) Wait for return string from machine and print it to screen If return string is MC (Motion Complete) then loop to beginning If return string is error codes with MF (Motion Failed), display them and stop Actual capture from HyperTerminal when performed manually below: $PTFZU0 > MC $PTFZU0 > A4018 A12805 MF The purpose of the program is to exercise a machine continuously to see if it will fail (MF). If it does not fail (always receives MC), it should continue to loop until killed. It can be a command prompt type program or something fancier. It should not require any major dependencies to run.
