a mobile developer needed

Hello, I need a developer who can work on mobile application. I am in need of small application for polling who allow user to 1- download that application from my web 2- install in there mobile phones 3- they can vote on given polls 4- they can view polling result. Database will be on my web server so need to update is important because we have same option for web base polling as well.
