ASAP coder with pdf forms experience to make user control

you will need to build a user control that exposes methods, this control should load the pdf form,all the user to make changes and selections and then save the file with changes intact, ie like check boxes , drop downs, and text....if you can use the adobe sdk to do this I can provide its download to you. the application will need to be written in c# or vb.net if you can do this without the use of adobe sdk by means of your own dll then we would prefer this method, your source will given upon each release of a beta and we will award 10% of project money each time.... then final will recieve remaining 100% of funds. if you haev dll for pdf's we are very interested in your code so we dont have to use adobe sdk, but not a requirement.. Be prepared to build a basic proof of concept for us, we have to be able to see your understanding of the concepts in the project.
