Create aDataBase File with VB

I need the following, A VB Form with 12 Textboxes and two Buttons. ( Form will be Supplied to Coder ) Button1 will create a new DB file to store the Data from the Textboxes. Button2 will save the Values of the Textboxes to the DB. The Textboxes are named TxtName, TxtNumber, TxtData1, TxtData2, TxtData3, TxtData4 etc .... The DB is to record the Name and Number and other Values so that if I enter the same Name in the TxtName I can retreave all the Values of the Textboxes from the DB. After Entering the TxtName Value any match will show a Dropdown of Matches that I can select from to fill in the remaining textboxes. I would also like to allow some Textboxes to store the changed information separate, meaning, if I have a Name that matches and I load all the Textbox Values from the DB, but then change the TxtNumber Value, when Writing this back to the DB I only need to save the New Number so that next time I type in the Name I can see it has two different Numbers. The Number would be a Job Number. The VB Form would also allow me to Delete any Entry in the DB by selecting the Entry. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
