We want a coder which can use waveout , wavein and acm api to? develop the following component 1 - Get Voice from? User via MIC 2 - Compress User Voice using the pre- installed codec using ACM API 3 - Trasmit the data? on network on other connected? computer 4 - De-compress? the user voice using the same codec? via ACM API 5 - Play the voice? 6 - Voice Sent and recived Should have an option to save it as a file (wav,mp3) this component must be coded in vb.net ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
