Design a website related to mobile downloads & earning money by mobile

I want YOU to design website using above applications. Description: If one user is joined in my site, we give him a referral link. By using that link, his friends will be join in our site. I want count the total users added by the link. Every user will get a referral link. For more information see the attached images. For example: I want to count the no. of referrals joined by one user (directly joined and indirectly joined by others). In the attached image-1, I want count of users joined by A & B for up to 5-stages. Is it possible to get the report like in given image-2.
