Finance Department Intranet Site

I need a three page design for a finance intranet portal. One Homepage or welcome page One Inside page One Page for Video and text (GM Finance Welcome Statement page) Please note that its the design i am interested in. I do not need a content management system since I will convert the design into a cms template Also No PHP or programming is required. Just HTML and CSS The list of site pages are 1. Welcome Page • Finance Vision Statement • Statement and/or Video Recording by the GM Finance • Meet the FLT (Finance Leadership Team) 2. Business Partnering – Role of the Unit, Meet the Team, *Detailed Process Document & Flow Charts (*restricted access to finance team) • Central Finance • Operations Finance • Marketing Finance • Treasury, Tax • Risk Management • Audit • Regional Finance 3. Finance Policies & Procedures • Delegation of Authority • Policies & Procures (Local) • Link to Group Finance Policies 4. What’s New – The Platform for showcasing our achievements Links to different information in word, powerpoint, video (mainly for download) 5. Application links Links to applications used in finance In the attached images, you will see the current design for the site and another design for a separate unit. End product should be HTMl and editable graphics (EPS, AI, PNG, Preferably Photoshop PSD) Some sample sites Some sites to give you an idean of what we are looking at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Mode of Bidding(PLS READ, Really important) ================================== 1. No PM, or discussion request, All information should be in the bid These projects normally receive as much as 50 bids and since I cannot have a discussion with every one, please don't request that we have a discussion every single bidder. If you are going to send PM, it should not be more than a two or three lines. Finally no posting of ur company profile I can see that from your profile 2. Sample links should not be more than three If you post ALL the links to the sites you have done i wont look at anyone. It tells me you didn't do the work of selecting the link that best sells you for this project and you want me to go through 20 links to find one that can sell you. 3. We will like a sample of what you can do Our preferred bidders are people that can send us a link to a demo they did for us. We love demos and if you can create a demo for us we will most liokely hire you. We will not select a bidder until saturday so you have enough time to create a demo. Best of luck
