Full time web developer/designer needed

Description: Web Developer / designer needed for a long term and full time work. (Eyewear wholesale/retail websites, with built-in special features). I have an existing e-comm website and need another similar website to be designed. I require a programmer/developer/designer who can work on my websites - front end and back end (admin) and manage all the design/development/marketing/site upgrades. The developer must have skills in PHP, CRE Loaded, Coding, E-commerce, Social media, Social media marketing, and Design. The sites must be programmed using the latest development tools with clean code and bug free. I am looking for a full time developer who can manage both my sites and can continuously make the sites better. I am open to working with a company but will need a full time person for my sites alone. I am looking for someone ethical who wants to grow with me. The more I grow the more I will compensate.
