marketplace for interior designers and hoteliers

I recently developed an online B2B marketplace application (RoR) servicing the contract furniture, interior design and hotel industries. It is now in the final stages of development. I like to think of it as [login to view URL] for the interior design / commercial furniture / hotel industries. The idea is clearly established and the app is designed and functioning; still far from being what it should/could be, but close to ready for a soft-launch. I am looking for an experienced RoR expert with tons of commercial insight who can get the product to market in 4-8 weeks. The main points for completion are: 1. Registration process 2. Payment gateway 3. Linking users 4. Administrator module There are multiple levels required for the linking of users - I want to apply the Basecamp model for managing companies and their respective employees.
