In need of a custom made Anime Website

This is a quick project in which will help set off my site. Site must contain the following pieces: -A blog page, we must compete against those rip offs like Naruto Fan. -A Downloads Section, this will be the apple to our pie. -A sleek design, can be dark or light or both even, just make it presentable. Total: 2-3 pages=2-3 of the same design but of different formations i.e. the Downloads Section will look different from the blog format. (Take Naruto Fan and Anime-Plus for example) THE DOWNLOADS SECTION IS MOST IMPORTANT. It must be navigational and easy for me to keep adding pages for new series. Something like [login to view URL] and when I want to add a new series make it look like [login to view URL] You come up with the overall design, I'll pay you in full once you send me the files or however it works. My current website is: [login to view URL] But it has not meat to my ideals so I want to hire someone else to do me one better. Hopefully if any of you know how to add a custom login system like [login to view URL] has then I'll throw in another 50 bucks or whatever I have left over. I am also looking for someone to pay cheap because I am indeed on a budget. Get back to me with your portfolio and if I like what you see I will hire you on the spot. If you can compete in designing things like [login to view URL] has then you will be the first to catch my eye. Remember, it's Anime based so I'm hoping for some creativity I've also attached a sample page a friend designed for me on Photoshop. You can contact me however you please.
