Need Website Built Similar to JustAnswer.com

I am thinking of starting a website geared towards answering questions for a small fee. I want the customer to be able to type in a question and have one of my people answer it. I also want the client to be able to pick the person that they want to answer their question. I want to be able to accept fees at the time that the customer posts the question. Another website that would be closest to the idea that I have is www.justanswer.com. Mine will be very different, but with the same general concept in terms of format.
